We alternate every week between Noelridge Park in Cedar Rapids, IA and Lower City Park in Iowa City, IA. Fighter Practices, Town Halls, and some Workshops occur on Thursdays starting around 5:30pm (locations may change). Weekly fighter practices are held in Iowa City at Lower City Park on Friday's at 5:30 pm |
